The University offers two booking options for official travel: Self-Service through Concur Travel and Full-Service through Anthony Travel. Both options ensure compliance with university travel policy, simplify payment and reimbursement, and provide access to centrally billed airfare (strongly encouraged over personal credit card payment).
Important Airfare Payment Note:
Central Bill Payment – Recommended. Reduces traveler out-of-pocket expenses and minimizes reimbursement processing.
Personal Credit Card Payment – Allowed but only reimbursable after travel is complete. If a trip is canceled, reimbursement is delayed until the canceled ticket is reapplied to a new trip and that trip is completed.

- One-stop shopping for approved airfare options; in-policy rental cars and state/discounted hotel rates.

- Basic Economy (lowest cost, highly restrictive)
- Fully refundable discounted airfare
- Airline benefits with set boarding groups and better seating options
- Ability to assign a Travel Arranger to book on your behalf
- Trip Library for quick reference to past bookings
- Secure Traveler Profile storing preferences and frequent flyer memberships
- Unused ticket management – reminders of canceled or unused tickets that can be reapplied (via full-service)
- Ability to access ticketed itineraries through your airline membership app
- Central bill payment to reduce out-of-pocket costs and campus reimbursement processing
- On-trip support:
- Anthony Travel available during business hours
- After-hours emergency assistance available outside business hours
