Are parking permits required for buses or car services?

How do I book a bus?
Please reference the booking ground transportation page and also located on the main page of the Anthony Travel Motor Coach Connection program.
When will I receive my driver’s name and contact number for my bus?
Driver’s information is released 24hours prior to your bus trip. Contact your charter company’s dispatch number, which can be found on your general confirmation sent via Tripcase.
Note: Assigned drivers are subject to change without notice due to various reasons.
When will I receive quotes?
Most quotes can be returned within 48-72 hours. However, during high peak times the quote could take longer. We will keep you informed while working on the quotes.
How much lead time do I need in order to book a bus?
Buses are in high demand everywhere. Therefore, submitting your request online as soon as you have preliminary information is recommended. Bus availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
What size buses do you have?
Our bus partners offer various bus sizes. The size of your group depends on the bus you will require. Example of bus sizes are: 14 mini bus, 25 passenger mini bus, 32 minibus, 40 passenger motor coach and 56 passenger motor coach.
Who do we contact if changes need to be made?
Changes within 24-48 hours should be communicated directly with your bus vendor. Any changes prior to that can be communicated with Anthony Travel.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Each vendor has their own cancellation policy. Please check with Anthony Travel if you need to cancel.
What if there’s a problem during my trip on the bus?
Your bus driver is the primary contact for any issues during your trip. We recommend you notify dispatch as well.
Can I use other bus companies other than our preferred?
Only the preferred vendors are utilized by Anthony Travel. However, if you elect to book a bus outside of our program, you will need to follow the campus Purchasing process and work directly with that vendor.
What is included in the price or quote?
The quote includes the total cost according to the itinerary provided. This does not include optional driver’s gratuity, toll fees, additional parking fees or lodging for the driver if applicable. You will need to verify with your department if offering a gratuity is permitted.
How much gratuity do I offer?
A good rule of thumb is $1.00-$1.75 per-person, per-bus, per-day based on the service level provided after your trip. This may be added to your final invoice; however you must notify Anthony Travel prior to invoicing after the trip is complete.
